We are looking for pharmacists for our competence pool!

We are present all over Sweden, from Ystad to Kiruna with just over 500 physical pharmacies. We are now looking for you who are a trained pharmacist or pharmacy technician and want to work as a competence pooler at several of our pharmacies throughout Stockholm where we have a great need for your expertise. As a competence pooler, you have several benefits with us:

• Fixed market-based monthly salary
• Fixed salary supplement for your flexibility
• Continuous scheduling in operations
• Mileage compensation
• All travel time exceeding 60 minutes for you is considered paid working time!

In this role, you belong to a pool of a wonderful team with whom you can share knowledge, challenges, and celebrate successes. Your most important mission is to help our customers achieve good medication use and health. The role includes the following responsibilities and tasks:

• Advising and selling medications and self-care products.
• Inventory management, campaigns, administration, quality, and development.
• Creating participation within the pharmacies and promoting good group dynamics through good collaboration with your various colleagues.

For your daily support, you have your closest leader, the head of the competence pool, and our pharmacy managers who know where your expertise is needed the most. The position is a permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period.
